We are safe.We are prepared. We are ready for you.

At Hartford HealthCare, we’ve taken extra precautions so you will be safe and secure when you move in with us.

Safer Environments

We’ve increased the cleaning frequency for all high-touch surface areas. We thoroughly clean and disinfect all resident spaces, care equipment, and activity equipment after each use.

Safer tours

When scheduling a tour, you will be given the option for virtual or in-person tours, and we’ll ask you about your health, recent travel, and any symptoms.

Safer Care

Any person entering an HHC community is screened for travel, symptoms, and undergoes a temperature check. All residents have their temperature and oxygen saturation level taken daily. All employees, residents and guests are provided with and required to wear masks.

Safer Visits

Residents can have visits in many ways and depending on each unique situation they may be in-person, virtual, or through a window — whichever is right for you and the community at that time. All HHC Senior Living communities also help residents stay connected with their providers through in-person, phone, and virtual visits.

Safer Hands

Hand hygiene is essential for all HHC colleagues, residents and guests. Sanitizing stations are readily available throughout the community.

Safer move-ins

Upon move-in to an independent, assisted living or memory care community, a resident may be tested for COVID-19 and be placed on transmission precautions for a short period of time. Everyone who enters a resident’s room will sign in and out for the best possible contact tracing, should the need arise. COVID-19 vaccination clinics were offered to protect residents and staff at each of our HHC Senior Living communities.

Our 30,000 Hartford HealthCare colleagues stand together, safely providing care and protecting your health and well-being.
